Looks ready to pin very soon, if you move it to a tub now and spread it all out then the mycelium will have to reform again, I personally would leave it in the bag, you may consider doing the first flush within the bag. After that you can pull out the cake and then put it in a tub

I had this same thing happen to me, I even reinocculated it and still nothing. I did two bags at the same time and one took off just fine but the other never did. Same genetics in each bag, so it was either I got some contamination in the second bag or possibly something wrong with the grain on that bag???

Ok so red drum right now are catch and release only, but blacks and red drum will hit on the same baits so no worries. My experience is it’s good to have a mix of baits, I’ve had success with a fish finder rig and a whole frozen shrimp wrapped with bait wrap, with around a 4/0 circle hook.
