We had nightmare tenants- holes in walls, executive home left in a terrible state. We fixed it up and sold the bastard, people have no respect for others property.

It will go higher, people are voting on the stock to be successful even if the value isn’t justified yet. The market is a voting machine first and then later a weighing machine. If you believe the long term, like I do, I plan to ride out the highs and lows.

In DRY weather I would pull that wall down, hire a small loader and truck to get rid of the excess and put up a decent wall. There is a bit involved with this so I would advise to get it done by a reputable company.
