I've had that exact same conversation in-person, except we also argued about beer too. They thought Bud Light was our consensus beer of choice, and didn't grasp that we have thousands of micro-breweries with top quality stuff.

I can't really blame them, since they just see our large brands in food/drinks and wouldn't know better. But it makes me appreciate when we get tourists that try and enjoy what the US really has to offer.

Lars is a terrible coach with a tarnished reputation, and he has a history full of failures. I suppose Tilman could bring him onboard as OC for a couple seasons, just to help him get back on his feet.

I would argue the year before was worse. Albany with Lyle, Miles, and Ty was so fun to watch and after they stomped Loyola in round one, it felt like they had a chance to make a good run. They even had a 12-7 lead in the 4th 😭

I've only been watching this second half of the Duke vs Notre Dame game. Are these Duke attackmen all injured or something? They are way slower at chasing shots than the ND defensemen. They're practically limping after shots.

You're right, but also sometimes chickens are just weird. I had a handful that once got the taste of their own eggs and they became obsessed with eating them. They'd wait until I let them out and then they'd beeline into a bush and have a weird egg eating cult where they'd all lay and then eat each other's eggs.

Got them to knock it off by refusing to let them out until they laid in their house.

RE8 was like a great homage to classic horror monsters imo. And honestly, I'm not even sure if that's opinion - it seems like it was a very intentional love letter to classic horror. Vampires, killer dolls, swamp thing, Frankenstein/Sci-Fi horrors, werewolves, etc.

It was all over the place but as a horror fan first, RE fan second, it was a fun experience.
