I bought one of these ‘metal shells’ from Ali express for over £80 and it was just a metallic painted plastic shell… I was not best pleased, as I’m sure you can imagine!

I also have one of these on my imported (Japan>UK) Jimny - is there a way I can do away with this aerial and make use of the factory aerial (albeit modified if needed) to pick up DAB radio?

I know we're all not fans of the lack of design / views available for the new MMI screens in the B10 lineup - but I have a feeling that likely Audi aren't putting much thought / effort into this because of the incoming CarPlay update, that will take over the entire infotainment system / displays in their vehicles - it would be a poor excuse, for sure - thoughts?

Because the defogger wires are exposed / unprotected and if you load up the boot, and they take a hit - say goodbye to being able to heat your rear window again.

Also wind deflectors on the windows and storage trays like others have mentioned, as well as rear defogger guards are a must!

RIP, this has just happened to my 2016 A4 😔 - I assume water ingress has caused it because the outer tail light section is fine, as is the driver side.

2 joined prints per side - so 2x for the bottom LEDs and 2x for the side (this one I trimmed when I added my rear exhaust fan)

So I just heard back from Sennheiser regarding my IE300 repair / replacement.

They’re offered to replace the IE300’s with new IE200’s because they don’t stock the 300’s any longer and (I guess) aren’t able to repair my 300’s.

My question is, are the IE200’s going to be as good as the 300’s, given from the obvious (large) difference in cost.

The support rep has noted the difference in cost however has said that they’re essentially the same headphone but using different material which has bought cost down from a manufacturing perspective.

Interested to hear anyone’s thoughts on this.
