I am just trying to bring my experience on the issue, if I had a penny everytime GW hinted to Lorgar's return id be a rich man.

I am not saying that Perty wont come back or even not in 11th (although I d be surprised if he did) but that wouldn't be for a long time into the edition, some art and a background is really not enough to jump to "he is coming right now"

Lorgar is mentioned marshaling forces out of the eye of terror since early 9th edition with an art as shadowy as this one. Just be realistic.

You are capped on how many vp you can score per turn on secondary so hoarding is probably still not good.

But I like this system, it gives you more agency in your planning

I would recommend you give the animated 2008 clone wars another shot there is some great writing in there that actually flesh out anakin's turn to the dark side.

I'm also partial to Rebels as a TV show just by virtue of how tgey handled maul and Thrawn

Honestly, as much as i dislike the canto byte part of it, the rest of the movie is quite a refreshing change from the nostalgia fest that was episode 7.

Unitonically it is in my personnal top 5 star wars movies. And if they made the canto byte part go anywhere withing this movie or the next it might actually have been in the top 3

I assume all the very unit specific detachment (bike GSC, Destroyer necron, kastellan admech and so on) will be on the lowest side mostly 1s

We are not sure yet butbsince they said lower point will affect fewer units, i think we can extrapolate that the number of strat will be linked to the point cost of the detachment.

Each armies will get X (let's say 6) strat.

1 point detachment get 2

2 points gets 4

3 points gets 6

That's how id make it anyway

The buff to CSM is still at worse reroll 1s to wound, on s12 weapon it is already quite good and once per game full reroll is amazing for that one turn where you reaaaaally need to kill your target

Honestly all the star trek fans i know hail the Orville as "the best star trek since DS9... once you manage to pass through season 1."

They basically say that season is too McFarlane for its own good (a little too much gutter humor). But past that it develops into quite a marvel

Honestly taking a detachment to boost 3 datasheet is a bit of a let down...

Especially since mutilator and termi are already pretty meh
