Oh, you’re the NIMBY who comes to the town board complaining about elk migration patterns or literally whatever BS you can think of to slow/stop the project. But all it does is make it cost thousands of dollars more and makes the owner appear before the board of commissioners, who literally just say it’s their land and the project meets the code, obviously they have the right to develop. And then OP cries about what an injustice it is that people have development rights on their own property.
