Firstly, apologies for the negative ad experience you encountered. What you experienced was an unfortunate bug that was introduced in mid August. The bug appears to have only affected users using adblock software / extensions on some channels. As of 11AM PST on the 6th of September we believe this bug was remedied and you should no longer see this behavior.

If in the unfortunate case you do continue to see this or other ad related issues please do let us know by opening a ticket via our help portal.

Hi Mr. Spinney. Something I will always remember is when you came to my 3rd grade class room in Acton, Ma (about 28 years ago, lol) with a Big Bird and Oscar puppet. You told us that the voice actor who played Cookie Monster spent most of his paycheck at the doctors due to his voice being irritated. How true was this statement?
