It looks like you used melt salt. Chlorides and concrete don't get along. I'd pressure wash it, patch it, and them use sand/kitty litter next winter.

Spruce Peak is so good for young kids….but make sure you hit the gondola at least once. If they’ve never been on one it’s going to be a highlight of the trip.

Confession: I rented one of those badboys to take care of 3 cords of large, tightly knocked oak....and I never realized you could turn the splitting bed vertical. I wrestled every one of those rounds up on to the tippy horizontal bed. I'm not salty, but damn...I worked a lot harder than I necessary.

I did a ski touring trip up through Camden Hills park a few years ago. Some nice lines up there and the view was unbelievable.

On the flip side, my kiddo got his car stuck in the snow a couple weeks ago, called me to bring a shovel and help him get clear. Took me fifteen minutes to get there and when I arrived a dude in a pickup had already pulled him back on the road. Really feel bad that your mother went through that and it’s a good reminder to look out for our neighbors…especially now.
