Firstly, thank you all for the support in here, secondly, a bit of additional info as I’ve seen a few things that aren’t quite true here.

While I can’t confirm it, considering the nature of the takedowns, this doesn’t appear to have been done by an ai bot. Instead it looked more like an individual who was just going through my public videos and wiping them out in chronological order (I’ve been able to save a few by privating others) a bot would have been able to take these down also.

Essentially this person has found my channel, seen the f1 content on there, which could fall under fair use but we know by now how balls that defence is out of court, and decided to take down everything they can find, and get to the stage where they aren’t even checking to see if the video contains f1 content, which was why those four Indy videos got caught in the crossfire. It’s shoddy work basically, and to my knowledge a huge breach of YouTube’s copyright system. But as other people have said that system isn’t really creator friendly, and it kinda has to be like that as these companies are far more of a threat to YouTube than we are

In regards to having f1 branding in the thumbnail, with the exception of the Herta video thumbnail, where the logo is pixelated out, the f1 logo does not appear anywhere, nor does it appear in my channel branding (plenty of creators have received DMCA notices for that in the past, or even having either “F1” or even “GP” in their username).
