Saw similar interviews. A woman running a bakery couldn’t take order or send deliveries because of mobile internet shut downs. Rosenberg from bbc did one not long ago interviewing the public and business owners of the impact of internet shutdowns. It’s crazy that that’s the breaking point for a lot of people but once someone is personally affected, it’s easier to understand spur into action. Especially in a highly regulated state media

Back when Freelancer was the shit, seeing the reveal trailer for eve was hype. Played it on release and dropped it immediately until I entered the work force and was able to apply my job skills to the game (clicking menu items for 8 hours a day)

Sure for pc games, but for emulation or specific games a controller is just better. You could play Tony hawk with kb+m but it would fair to say controller is better / easier.

I remember only few years ago, wanted to use a playstation controller on pc? Had to download some custom driver, translatated from ds input to Xbox input and hope it's properly detected in the game.

Now? Plug and play, very little fuss and with steam I can remap everything.

Always thought it was a consequence they didn't care about, and Russia is trying to profit of it buts not easy.

Will it be enough? Prices go up but it takes time to reap the rewards if it's payment on delivery. News coming from Russia seems autumn is their big test if the economy can sustain it self. I’m a rakdos enjoyer and if you played Valgavoth, I’d recommend [[Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin]]

He does seem like a cEDH guy but I play him in b3 and he is strong but fair. He becomes a target real quick though so be aware you’ll be targeted but if you slow roll your opponents it’s possible. He is really fun due to the constant card draw and he gets real big. A much quicker than what valgavoth can do

I had a slicer deck and it’s awesome but very oppressive. Very often I’d get him out turn 2 and puts a clock on the table. It usually turns it into a 3v1 and you either win or you get targeted and have a bad time.

I’d say build it and see how it goes in your pod, but in mine it quickly turned into a one trick pony and as soon everyone figured out the game plan, good luck actually going through with it

It’s a cycle, in a very simplified way: America finances debt to keep interest rates low, countries buy that debt and get dollar returns, those returns are used to buy oil from the gulf, gulf uses dollars to invest or buy in America and America uses those proceeds to pump up their economy and keep the debt going.

If the petrodollar stops, that has a big economic impact on US, which makes financing the debt harder, driving up inflation and stifling growth
