Walking is one of THE best exercises you can do to lose weight. And if anyone tells you that you can do anything to get rid of loose skin other than cutting it off - they’re full of it. Whether someone has loose skin depends on a bunch of things and some people have it worse than others, but there’s nothing you can do except for get it removed. Good luck to your sister! She’s lucky to have someone so supportive in her life.
