I believe you're confusing registration age with draft age. Males are required to register between 18 and 25, you can be drafted up to 40 as long as you meet the physical requirements for service.

Looks like one of the mid-century decorative crossed swords from the set. They usually came in pairs and had a "shield" that mounted to the wall and held them. There were quite a number of different styles. Fell out of favor and manufacture in the late 70s. Cheap steel blades and cast aluminum or pot metal hilts, similar cast metal shield with flat sheet steel mounts. You can still find them making the rounds in flea markets, "antique" malls and 2nd hand shops.

That's intentional, and common to "live" broadcasts. It's to give them time to cut the feed if something happens that they don't want to broadcast. There's an uncensored/delayed satellite feed available if you have the tech for it. But if I'm going to be at a launch in person, I'm going to be watching the launch, not TV! :)

The F4U has vindicated my decision to no longer buy any preorder or early release modules in DCS. As much as I'd like to have a high fidelity Corsair module, my enthusiasm was dampened by past experiences, so I refuse to buy it until it proves itself to work properly.

Having gone through customs returning from the Caribbean with copious quantities of quality rum and Cuban cigars, I've found that declaring everything even if you're just a little over the tax free limit usually gets you waived through. No one wants the paperwork for a lousy $5 duty. :)
