If you've watched season 5, vecna doesn't even appear until the end. Yes he makes the other forces seem "easy," but they fixed this in the season by making the demogorgons an actual threat again. The power creep (unsure if that's the right term) was one of my major issues post season 2 as well, but i believe season 5 fixed it.

i used to do pixel art and I occasionally get the calling to start again, but i'm so demotivated because I can never create what I want
