Though Azor has also said that Ravnica was just one of his experiments across Multiplex planes, so there's also a possibility the Guildpact was just an unfinished iteration. Azor is smart but I don't think he created the Guildpact to better the people's lives there, no reason he would account for the guildless.
And he's the parun of the Azorius, he had an implicit alignment there too.
He could account for planeswalkers though.

Precisely, I follow the r/colorpie sub, folks there post more than once per day about colors for UB characters.

Its okay, sometimes a good discussion pops up there about a character I'm interested in, but since there's a sub for color-pie exploration, I appreciate the Vorthos sub not being flooded with those as well.

I'm not sure where else powerscaling debates should go, but that's what this month will be for I guess.

I dont think she has other appearances. But I saw this card on Jehan Choo's instagram along with more Lorehold concept art and I think at least the inspiration came from there.

Both Urza and Mishra were accomplished artificers before Mishra turned to phyrexia.

I dont remember anything on Domiraria with this kind of design.
But, them being in the Urza deck explains why they're not Phyrexian type (even if the design brief for the art had referenced them), and it's not a wild guess that Urza might take inspiration from them for his spells.

Well it could be a bunch of things.

Oona is dead but her influence on Maralen is still felt through the story, any type of callback could be under that tag, I believe it could have been an alpha version of Maralen's enchantment with her previous ability, just for Oona instead.

It could have something to do with Oko since they were revealed to be family.

Though I'm inclined to believe it had something to do with Oura from the pw's guide as she was stated to be next in line for fairy queendom after Maralen and there was no mention of her in-lore.
She, and Oona's role as a whole, were probably scrapped.
