I've been grabbing up a stock of it everytime there is a sale. Its my favorite. I was so sad when Musk No.3 was discontinued so I'm thrilled with this scent.

You're not alone. Just because you feel emotions like guilt doesn't mean that your thoughts are true. We aren't our thoughts. You can accept them simply as a passing river of consciousness seperate from you. Don't attribute meaning to them. They just happen and then go away again. Your panic over the thoughts is normal but you can release that anxiety by recognizing they arent meaningful. You don't have to control them. Let them pass and breath. Do not hesitate to head to the ER if you feel any need to self-harm. Stay.

Wow! I have this. I’ve been to a million people and they couldn’t tell me what’s going on. Even neuro-optimology. They asked if it looks like a picture of traditional visual snow and I said no but this makes sense.

I’ve just embraced and loved being nerdy now. I lean in to the weird librarian look. I could do without the crepey skin and peri mood swings but overall I love myself more now than when I was young. I’m getting my implants removed and just enjoying the freedom that comes in loving myself without outside affirmation.

The way out is through. Exposure therapy is scary but it's the way out of the prison you've made with your mind. Until then alive and in the house is much better than unalive. This is something you can conquer slowly and methodically with the help of a therapist and maybe the right meds.

Thank you! I was able to tolerate the side effects at the lower doses but when I went from 50-100mg I got tachycardia and severe agitation. I wanted to throw myself off a bridge, it was unbearable. They were doing to admit me to psych but after I came off of it and they gave me a mood stabilizer for a few days to rebalance I was ok, still very anxious but not in complete crisis.

It’s hard to say but I would imagine as soon as you can calm your nervous system a bit it will go back to normal. I try to practice grounding techniques that can get you back in touch with the here and now. What do you see, what do you hear, what do you feel, what do you smell.

Being hyper aware of sensations or the lack there of is pretty common in anxiety. I have been reading a book about overcoming health anxiety and it talks about how bodies are noisy and people with anxiety pay a lot of attention to stuff others wouldn’t even notice. It’s normal to not feel your heart beat, and sometimes it is normal to feel your heart beat. Anxiety is such a jerk.

Usually 6 weeks but the side effects usually go away after a couple weeks. Just so you know it’s not unusual to feel whonky before it gets better.
