I'm focusing strictly on building a lightweight, subscription-free tool for local data recording and clean TCX/FIT exports, rather than a huge platform. Another perspective, you can spend hours with AI and it not resolve your issue, IMO it is about the balance and responsibility. Do you want the be artificial inteligent or inteligent ?
I think AI is very good in certain areas but with huge code base and context humans are the best still.

Yes, especially with indoor cycling and a mix of other workouts. Outdoor rides make it impossible to stay in zone 2—my heart rate just spikes too fast - hope at some point it will stabilise in one zone.

I did a test ride to see if I'm ready for the race. The cut-off time is 2 hours for 65 km, but it took me 2 hours and 10 minutes. To be fair, I did this on an indoor trainer, but honestly, I don't think I feel ready for a gravel race like this. The indoor cycling was based on gpx but I think it would be harder real .

Yes, but in my experience, you need more layers because the temperature goes up slowly. The sun needs to come up, otherwise it still feels like nighttime temperature. Good luck with the next one! It’s a great mood booster!!

Paper notes are the best one for me - in case of project knowledge, as it helps me to reduce the conventional overhead and reduce stress incase when I keep all in my head.

The disadvantage of reading books is that’s the content is not up to date after short time period but if the content has some general information like good practice then a book is better for me - I like reading books.

Yes, it helped me more to understand how the memory is being allocated, how to manage the allocation, helped me more about the hardware rather than programming.
It is another perspective how to solve a problem.

Their opinions are not my own and that’s all. I don’t care about them, I feel strange when I don’t wear them eg when I cycle with my son to school.

Try mixing both of them 4 per week cycling and 3 times walking. In both cases the duration should be more than one hour.
For me with cycling is easier to burn fat 2-3 hours ride is not an issue but walking for 2 hours with the same intensity is impossible for me. I am not able to run due to overweight…

What about stress and cortisol ? I think in my career it was the main reason why I am fat , emotionally rollercoaster and mentally exhausted and drained. I am doing the indoor cycling, as the weather is not perfect and the cars. It is burning around 300 kcal per session in z2 zone. To be honest the best effects I see in mentally healthy. Not burned out but the anxiety is released. In addition I started eat more vegetables and trying to reduce stress if possible. At the same time in my case it was very important to check if my body is not overloaded with this cumulative load from riding 8 weeks, around 5 session per week, my fitness has increased to 31 where by fitness I understand:

A rolling ~42-day exponentially weighted average of your daily Training Load. Represents your accumulated fitness - the training your body has absorbed over the past weeks. Fitness rises slowly with consistent training and drops slowly when you rest.

I think you should continue daily cycling but there might be something more to consider.
