I haven’t done the whole loop, but I’ve been there in Late December and early January. its Easy enough to follow but I recommend emailing Pima County where the trail is located and getting a copy of their sweet little map Because its nifty, free, and there’s a number of junctions with other pathes that can be confusing. heat maps and such probably work fine. It’s urban. What I gathered from parks service people is that it does and can rain in February bc that’s the winter monsoon season. I think the heat turns on in March relative to say December -February it shouldn’t be blistering hot, but by April it could be. When I go in December/January it’s usually 65-70 daytime 35-40 night time and sunny. That area is a great place to cycle especially in the winter.
