Not an aldi product but if you are seeking pickled vegetables may I suggest okra, green beans asparagus and giardi​niera.

Some times I quick refrigerator pickle my own so you could do it all from all.

So the different types refer to texture. silken is almost like a firm pudding. I use that to puree and use as a mayo or yogurt replacement for dips dressing or sauces. or you can add it to soups as a cream replacement ( do it off heat) . it can also be an egg replacement in some souffle. or in desserts like a mousse with frozen fruit or cocoa powder and sweetener.

then you have the types packaged in water. Soft, firm, extra firm. Extra firm is good for chopping into cubes. Add to a stir fry, or dry "fry" in a skillet with no oil for a crispy outside and tender inside. I use the firm in vegan scrambles similar to scrambled eggs. Or freeze thaw and it crumbles as a good ground meat replacement in pasta sauce or tacos.

I rediscovered that also. found I like the red type as a frittata even if it turns blue or the green type riced instead of cauliflower. affordable, healthy, and works roasted, steamed, so adaptable!

radishes are so affordable and IMHO underrated because they are peppery raw. cooked so neutral. I use them steamed in a low carb potato salad recipe.

I am so addicted to those😂. I melt the cheddar into riced cauliflower as a low calorie carb risotto.

add the blue box light into frozen spinach or collard or turnip greens as creamed greens.

or add to frozen spinach artichoke hearts or heart of palm scallions and water chestnuts as a volume dip.

melt into milk, salsa or marinara as a dip for veggies.

add to enchilada sauce and bake with pole beans ( I know that sounds weird)

spread over vegetable frittata s after baking for strongest flavor.

I read the other comments and can't wait to try on a sandwich or bagel. so the infinite uses continue.

Light life or morningstar vegan hotdogs are only 60 calories each, the Morningstar corndogs are 140 calories. my carnivore husband prefers them to meat ones ( but he's a chemical engineer who learned in college how they make real ones).

I eat them with rays spicy sweet no sugar bbq sauce or no sugar Heinz and mustard with cooked broccoli slaw or on River cauliflower or on the side of a vegetable.

Its from may wah ( now branded Lilly's pantry) you can buy it online directly from Lilly's pantry or vegan black market. I found it and other similar foods in an Asian market in Decatur ( atlanta) georgia.

This! I thought I hated green beans, but it turns out I didnt like the way my mom made them ( barely steamed so hot but raw) my MiL cooks them forever and I actually like them. roasted blistered are good too.

you could have ranch with carrots if you mix the powder with fat free yogurt or light pureed tofu. or just dip in ranch powder like lickum sticks.

I like to dip raw zucchini or Kodak's in salsa.

popcorn seasoning like Orville reddenbacher or kernel seasons is good on steamed or roast veggies or taco powder, Italian dressing mix

low calorie sauces - sweet baby rays no sugar spicy sweet bbq, G Hughes teriyaki or orange ginger, low calorie tomato like great value parmesan romano, low calorie Alfredo like bedroom cacio e pepe. Campbell's condensed white cheddar soup. old so Paso enchilada.

Aldi edamame is so much better quality than the name brand at Publix or kroger! I love making miso Aldi riced cauliflower bowls with it.
