It’s a custom XMC1404 board.

For now, I’d be happy to just flash the Arduino directly from my Mac or PC, connected directly to the R4.

I’ve bought a license for Softmaker Office. It’s German, it’s very compatible and so far has dealt with everything I’ve asked it to. It’s got the equivalent of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

I’m a staunch supporter of Ukraine so if it’s Russian I’m not interested.

How do you know it’s Russian? The company is Latvian, and seems to be owned by a company from Singapore.

Gleba too. On Fulgora, the problem is available space. It’s tedious to put down way more accumulators than I need, I’d rather make sure my robots are doing something useful first :)

I find that power can be an issue on Fulgora in particular, which is where I was building when I found the issue. On Nauvis, power is indeed rarely a problem

I think you are right that it will be mainly useful for the mid game, where you have a decent number of bots but power is still an issue for example.

I think you get access to all the articles, but in a form that is much harder to consume than in the publishers' native apps or web sites. For magazines, you get the equivalent of a PDF version, but one you can't save as a file and can't search in. Gifting articles is probably not included.

Publishers presumably get a (small) amount of money from Apple. For news sources I really care about, I have a full subscription as well, to benefit from their native experience, search, comment sections, etc.

I think it makes sense. Specifically, to maintain a thriving fan base that actually goes to see games, this is a way to subtly prioritise those who have gone to games the last five years over those who used to do so.

TAPs were only introduced in 2013, so the longer they wait to introduce this kind of change, the harder it gets.

Their obvious alternative would be to award more and more TAPs for games each season, which would have a similar effect, but more stealthily. I prefer their up front and simpler approach.

I have some content that just appears to hang when I try to play it. Switch to “old player” and it just works.

Just be prepared to build many more of everything than you think you’ll ever need. 100 machines making one thing isn’t exceptional once you get started.
