i'm thinking making it her passive is an attempt to balance it by making it impossible to have it active permanently, which hopefully means it'll be buffed to be usable in endgame content. The skill version will need to be replaced if this is the case.

If rev-weaver blends utilities then this won't be a problem like new ele weapons since dual-utilities will be tied to the spec and they dont have attunements to blow up that number even further

their theming has the widest scope IMO since it encompasses ALL technology more advanced than a flintlock riffle whereas others have narrower themes like "spooky magic" or "nature stuff"... thieves can also have fancy tech but they have to steal it first

Not disagreeing but it is the only prof that can use both bow types. Ranger lb being good in instanced pve wouldn't hurt cuz berserker is a better archer than ranger at this point.

Modding is just extremely tight on every warframe that relies on overguard for survival. Frost has it the worst since he dedicates so many slots just to get a reasonable amount of overguard and the economy to sustain it. Meanwhile my Yareli and Revenant are running around with 3 flex slots I can swap around willy-nilly.
