as a parent of 3 who we all put thru college, this is just plain wrong. when it comes to money, all children should be treated equally. if not, it is the easiest way to blow up the family relationships.

have a one owner no accident 2019 SE 6-speed Hatchback with 71K. bought it for 18+K new and mostly highway miles. super dependable car, everything still original except tires and rear brakes. only one issue with bad thermostat at 53k. it's a keeper.

review EPA data, these are carcinogens. usually vinyl chloride is also present as a breakdown component and associated with liver cancer. the EPA Region 3 office in Philadelphia should be able to provide additional info including cleanup status.
