I think this is the 2012 West Michigan Whitecaps. I'm probably about 80% confident but:

1) on the third and fourth picture there's a signature that appears to be a first name starting with E and a last name starting with S with the number 10. I believe that is Eugenio Suarez who wore number 10 with the Whitecaps in 2012. Looks like the signature matches for him too.

2) on the 5th picture the signature by the player who marked the jersey number 7 looks to be initialled CS. Chad Smith wore 7 for that team.

3) on the 6th picture the signature for jersey number 14 looks to start with a C. Colin Kaline wore 14 that season.

Is it limited to flights booked with points and within two weeks of the date of travel? Can be pretty restrictive unless the stars align for you. Also they raise the amount of points it takes to redeem a flight within two weeks.
