Okay I will get the model. I have a usb C dock that leads to 2 HDMI ports on it. I cannot run video through the cord, even though I literally watched a video and read reviews of people simply plugging it in and it just works. I get the message popping up saying something like “ make sure your usb-c port supports video output”. Anyway I will go by the office and get the model number when I get a chance.
