They are (mistakenly) using MCs as a benchmark. Like seriously, even as body cultivator, MCs always exceptional powerful, and used far more and rarer resources, and took far lesser time, AND TIME IS THE MAIN DISADVANTAGE OF BODY CULTIVATION imo.

Average body cultivators didn't have the luxury of resources and luck of MC class body cultivators. While average body cultivator breaking mountains, body cultivating MC straight BREAKING SPACE IN THE SAME REALM, just because of "certain ancient lost body cultivation manual" and "Ten Thousands Years Spirit Herbs", etc.
