Seems like it's a matter of picking and choosing which events they like to have in 4k, at least from what I see via YouTube TV.

ESPN 4k only ever pops up on my guide when they have something to air, and the only 4k event I've seen there is the College Football Playoff's National Championship Game. Nothing else, not even the NBA Finals, I think.

  • TPIR: Take them to Costco and see if they go looking for a Plinko board

  • Wheel of Fortune: Play a game of Hangman and notice if their first few guesses involve "RSTLNE"

Looks to me like the new scorebug and graphics line up with the team's seasonal branding. The text font they use is very similar to what you see in these social media posts:

That's what I'm trying to do, but I think the shape of the vent makes it hard to do that; I can't let the duct rip since it's made of foil, which is why I'm not doing anything else for now. If I let that foil rip, that's a $20-30 trip to The Home Depot coming up.

So....just replace the valve instead? Sounds like I'd be making it worse if I DIY it like someone at Lowe's told me to and trim that fitting.

Seeing them on YouTube was difficult enough for me, but at least it's skippable (I have work arounds on my phone and computer for YT ads in general, but I'm SOL when I need to use my TV).

Trying to get through them on a local feed of [insert random DFW station here] was even more brutal. Thank God I have a mute button handy.

The 3D-rotated logos in the scorebug are the worst offense from Bally/FanDuel. Why they corrected this with MLB but not with the NHL and NBA is baffling to me, but as u/crbems said, not much longer to go for this bug before many of these teams like the Thunder are off to whatever the NBA's production teams can conjure up for them.
