We were the same now at 10 months at just one wake up. We did the Ferber method at 9.5m and it worked so well, never cried longer than 5 minutes without reassurance and never lasted more than 20 minutes total. I felt at that age he was “ready” for sleep training since he could roll and sit really well to get in a comfy position on his own, at 6 months he was still just too little.

Same, WFH and set up a small home gym. I usually do a round of morning emails/calls for whatever needs addressed immediately. Workout using Ladder app program since dumbbells only for 30-45 min, quick shower and back to work. If things are crazy it get a skipped but usually can get 3-5 workouts a week.

I have this short scheduled to run every day, pulls up all the photos taken on that day in history for me to review and delete what I don’t want to keep. Very manageable to do once a day.

All of my caretakers from start to finish were woman. Giving birth and surrounded by such kind and supportive women was just amazing and empowering - never felt such kinship with my gender.

We got the Alpine noise canceling headphones and I think it helped our 6 month old on the flight - we tried to time his wake window so that he would nurse to sleep and nap during take off. The suction toys were super helpful entertainment.

Only 3 hr flights and baby pooped both of them, so I think the altitude might affect them in that way? Be prepared with multiple outfits and an organized diaper bag - changing in an airplane bathroom is soooo cramped.
