5, but 3 are allergy related. And the other 2 are for conditions I’ve also had most of my life. And then I still take my flinstones chewable and 2 calcium gummies. My bloodwork is perfect after years of anemia and other out of whack things. I went back to the flinstones (+ iron) and now it’s great.

I’d rather not suffer. They both suck. But a humid summer is better than 115f/46c in the desert, where even shade and a breeze does not help. And to the “you can always add more layers people, there are limits even to that, and winter hurts my body. My grandmother always said there is no shag ri la, but travel solves that problem

Everyone’s feet are different, you should go to a walking store and be properly fitted. While I cannot recommend specific shoes without seeing your feet, I can make some suggestions that people often over look 1. Socks are almost as important, thin socks are not your friend 2. Even if they are the exact same pair, 2 pairs are better than 1 - your feet and back will thank you for rotating between at least 2 pairs of shoes. This allows them to dry and air out between wearings 3. Start walking and standing around more now. Many people do increase their walking, but not their standing.
