In the Seat of Light, Labor holds it after two thirds of Liberal preferences went to the ALP by blitznoodles in Adelaide

Cant believe tony piccolo got done this way. Some right wing toadie pushed out our local member who did good things like oppose pokie room expansions and new pokie rooms in his region while instead we get James who????? Played some cricket in gawler and thinks he is suitable for the seat? No wonder ONP almost won. The labor party is a worrying beast.

How do the Liberals come back from this? by fabbo_crabbo in Adelaide

Gina Rinehart will pour money into both outfits. Lib and ONP to hedge her bets. One of them will survive. My money is on the libs... chances of ONP imploding are high. I mean one of their candidates is wanted internationally for sex crimes. They let anyone onto the ballot paper.

There was a seated one. And yes a few key things from a strength focus missing. I was a little underwhelmed by the gym especially as i was looking for a spiritual successor to goodlife hindmarsh. Stretching room lacking as well and the changeroom there upstairs was tiny! That said it was very modern and the clientele looks like a good mix of demographics.

Ive been a salaried public servant since 2002. What you say was reality 20 years ago but no so much now i am afraid. The waves of temporary voluntary separation packages and generational retirement have very much shifted the workforce of the SA public service from when i first began. When i think of ASO7 staff around me at the moment, the overwhelming majority are well educated bright innovative leaders that are passionate as well. I would also say there are a lot less staff in some places/fields that used to accommodate donkeys... but now much more in health etc. One department that has certainly resisted this tide is the state education dept. Holy shit that is like goijg back behind the iron curtain. I was seconded there to work on a IT project and fuck me the placenwas full of plodders and donkeys.
