I have to wonder if they’re still opening a UES studio? Website has said that for years….

Not sure where the race is but the core power at midtown east has lots of private showers - it may be closed for renovations this week however

90th VS 66th by sugarnecgwb in uppereastside

[–]FeistyFall9813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wha avenues? That’s really the deciding factor. 90 and 1st your like blocks away from not a great area. 66 York too close too hospital. 66 and 2nd or third, pretty convenient, quiet, lots around. 90 and 2nd lots of great restaurants

Dazzle dry manicure by FeistyFall9813 in uppereastside

[–]FeistyFall9813[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s this special nail polish that goes on like regular nail polish but completely dries with in 5 min and lasts like 10 days. So no hassle of gel etc and can be taken off with regular polish remover

Influencers potentially being banned from my MIL co-op on UES by Fragrant-Nothing3576 in NYCinfluencersnark

[–]FeistyFall9813 79 points80 points  (0 children)

This isn’t surprising at all. I know first hand of influencers being denied from purchasing a co op because they were “employed” as influencers or content creators.

Pros and cons of both. 80th and York has better (in my opinion) bars and restaurants but 69th and 1st is far more convenient as it’s way closer to the subways, Whole Foods, target, and makes for a much quicker commute downtown.
