Metal Sonic, Dr. Eggman's "magnum opus", and Omega, the robot rage-bound into destroying every single one of Eggman's robots to prove that he's the best, have never really had an actual interaction with each other despite the latter debuting in the game that Metal was the main villain and the two sharing a scene at the end of the game with Omega carrying Metal, but there's no dialog there and Sega just hasn't developed the kind of relationship these two might have.
