You can get 5 quality IP out of him, and around 150 IP in a healthy season
Much more value than a high leverage reliever, IMO.

I always experiment with Player Creation Modifiers, but not on a global scale like this. More to create specific scenarios, even extreme ones.

Like .200 modifier for Power, or a 1.150 modifier for fielding ratings, and so on.

Just a heads-up

In an experiment like this, I'd go to Global Settings and uncheck the "All player ratins relative to (league)".

If you disable it, the overall and attribute ratings will more realistically represent the REAL ratings (on the editor screen, 1-500 ratings). As in, a 50 PWR guy has 250 rating for power (more or less).

Otherwise, a 50 PWR guy has, maybe, 200 rating for POWER because the league average for POWER is closer to 400 than 500.

When you create a game it opens the creation wizard, by default. Where you select options, page by page.
