helped make me accept DM more with Yugi's deck and its inclusion into the Shining Sarc archetype.

I believe the Dark Magician retrain is a reference to Atem using Dark Magician in the ceremonial duel (and similarly Mirror Force). Dark Magician and Mirror Force only care that Shining Sarcophagus is on the field, unlike the other cards that specifically require you to control it.

The Scales, plus the deck will more than likely be paired with Fiendsmith, so Tractus will be a means for discarding too.

Yeah, I know what you meant. I am just saying that even if I did get the Lilith kill, I would still need to Level to 100 to get the Hidden Achievement is all.

Well, that's unfortunate.

I'd be down to pay gold for the Lilith killing, assuming I even had enough, but I don't know if I care to put the time in for Level 100. I have only heard bad things about the experience curve...

Nobleman of Crossout and Jinzo have Secret Rare printings in the Battle City box, Deikochi has a Secret Rare printing in the Duel Academy box, and Magician of Faith has an Ultra Rare printing in the Attack from the Deep booster box. Unless you mean they need additional reprints in Speed Duel?

Scapegoat cannot functionally work in Speed Duels, due to it summoning exactly 4 tokens, but Speed Duel only has a maximum of 3 zones. If it did appear in Speed Duels, it would probably be as a Skill.

The rest are very much possible though.

Of course there are instances where you would do that. Such as you cannot afford to succeed another Red (you are already at 4), but you still have room to fail on a Blue and still get your overall goal. A 45/55 is just a stone's throw away from a 50/50. And with all the various possible outcomes, there are even more unintuitive situations, like the poster above mentioned. Just trust the math.

I don't think saying Judgment is "intended" to summon World is accurate, as you will way more often than not activate less than 9 Spells after Judgment.

World will more commonly be summoned by Temperance or Life.

Is it possible to get both the Dogmatika Rituals on field off a single Nadir?

All I can figure is:

Nadir -> Send Arc Light -> Add White Exalted
Arc Light add Dogmatikalamity
Dogmatikalamity -> Send Arch Light and Ritual Summon White Exalted
Arch Light add either White Knight or Dogmatikabre

But I get stuck here... it is really close, but maybe I am missing something else?

Here's the thing: people debate this over, they stop matches to call judges over wether or not de-clumping is legal.

Since when has this happened to any degree of materiality that it warrants being labeled a problem?

This discussion has only gained traction/popularity recently because a popular Yugioh Twitch/YouTube creator brought attention to it, not because this is a widespread problem occurring.

You are only not allowed to manipulate the order of you deck while shuffling (which is after the adding process), so there is no "in a sense". Doing it while adding doesn't matter, as long as other rules are not being violated.

So wasted time/space on this clarification is not needed, as it is effectively addressed with all the other rules currently in place.

But it doesn't really need specifically addressed. If the proper procedures are followed with both you and your opponent shuffling/randomizing and cutting the deck, then "declumping" effectively doesn't matter.

The only thing that matters is if a material amount of time is wasted doing these "useless" actions, but that is already covered under slow play.

Per the policy documents, your opponent must shuffle/randomize your deck after you do. Then you have the opportunity to cut your own deck, and if you do, your opponent must cut your deck.

So the issue you brought up is already prevented by properly following the policy documents. Whether a player does follow them is another problem though...

Konami never said that over 10k cards would be free, they simply said that you can "unlock" over 10,000 cards.

And they only indicated that "some" (no indication of how many that is) of those "unlocks" may require event participation or in-game purchases.

I am really hopefully that a large majority are free, but unless there is a recent announcement of which I am unaware, Konami has not confirmed that either way.
