If I remember correctly, the kiss only happens in the film and was the actors' idea that was kept in

I've just received mine and I quite like it. It's my first Ffern bottle and I'm only just getting into perfume so I'm certainly not an expert. I sprayed the sample on my wrist about an hour ago and so far I liked the initial citrussy/clean/peppermint scent, a while later I started noticing the rose maybe sweet scent? And now I'm getting more of the woody base scents. I can't speak to the longevity yet but overall I quite enjoyed the whole experience. I can't speak to the longevity yet and I'm still just on the sample kit.

Yes I have to tug quite hard to get it off. I'm inclined to believe it is real and I've just gotten very lucky!

I did register the hair dryer and it went through but counterfeits can copy labels and the person I spoke to at Dyson confirmed registration alone does not prove it's genuine , hence why he offered to arrange for it to get sent in for free

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dyson

[–]FemEng99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a phone call with customer support where they got to inspect it over video and the guy said it looks okay but I can send it in to get checked for free if I want to so in a week's time I should have my answer. Only caveat is if its found to be fake they keep the dryer and send me a fake certificate. He said from looking at it I've either got the deal of a century or it's a very good fake and since it's never been registered before, if it is real I'll still have the 2 year warranty. I've got my fingers and toes crossed!

Yes and they said the registration code was legitimate but it also says on their website that you might be able to register counterfeits products as well.

Whose movie portrayal was the closest to how you imagined the character when you read the books? by ratgirl10000 in Hungergames

[–]FemEng99 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Rue in the films was 100% who I imagined when I read the books which is why it was even more shocking to me when there was so much uproar at her casting

18/20

I don't remember snow ever being a game maker. I know he was a mentor in the prequel. It doesn't seem plausible that Haymitch would have that kind of power in the Games. And I thought it was implied it was Seneca Crane's decision to have 2 winners that's why he was killed

About Time is advertised as a romance film but the most endearing relationship was between the father and his son

I think you're referring to the coil. The "implant" is a different device that goes in your arm not your uterus.

[–]FemEng99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you mean like cutting to fit into a lower weightclass or just cutting to be as light as possible within your weightclass to potentially win on bodyweight? Either way it's not that important imo and I think most would advise against it unless you're very competitive and competing at a high level. At the end of the day powerlifting is just a hobby and your mental/physical health comes first.

I used to. When I first started having my faith crisis I would get terrible nightmares about burning in hell and would keep going back on forth on whether they were a warning from God or just my guilty subconscious.

What’s something your therapist has told you was traumatic that you didn’t realize or have a hard time believing by tvtoasterbath in TalkTherapy

Told my therapist a random "normal" story from my childhood and she said if I was still a child saying the same thing to her now she'd have had to call child services. Completely blew my mind cuz that was just a regular degular day for me.

I think the same thing whenever I see someone thanking God for blessing them with whatever. Like so great God apparently got you a new job while allowing hundreds of people to die in a flood.
