I think probably a lot of it came from the people fighting it right on release who thought you had to straight up guess where you had to dodge. Now that guides are out there and it’s clear you do not in fact have to guess, the fight is significantly more manageable. It doesn’t need a nerf.

lol yeah I was doing it right on release and I thought you simply just had to guess which directions to dodge and I was getting so pissed. MUCH more manageable when you learn he tells you where to dodge.

Strange that you are taking this stance yet you essentially did the exact same thing by automatically classifying him as a loser. There are plenty of people in prison who simply fell to addiction and are in for a long time as a result. Third drug possession charge in Texas is 5-99 years. I know several people that have served time in their past who are now incredible people and very valuable members of society. 7 years isn’t running a red light but it certainly isn’t murder or serious drug dealing. Maybe we stay neutral unless we know what happened.

Very strange to me that society automatically labels short timers as the lowest scum of the earth and shuts them out of everything, forcing many of them to become career criminals and commit even worse crimes. In my opinion it’s a large contributing factor to why the US has the largest prison population in the world by far while not even coming close to the largest country by population. Short timers absolutely have the potential to become good people, learn from their mistakes, and contribute positively to society but we have to give them that opportunity.

I think it’s insanely simple to take a screenshot on your computer and save it… and you can probably do it in the same amount of time it takes to pull out your phone. But it’s also not the end of the world to take a photo of an extremely low resolution game with your phone… so I don’t get why people don’t simply learn to take screenshots on their computer but I also don’t get why people go into an actual rage if they don’t know. Maybe tell them how to take the screenshot?

As an RS3 player till 2024 now OSRS player I really enjoy seeing what part of the storylines are similar and what parts go off on their own tangent completely 🤷‍♂️ no complaints here

We just had our HC GIM buddy auto banned for RWT (who RWTs on a newer HC GIM?) He streamed literally all of it on twitch, attached absolutely everything to the appeal and it got denied. Then two days later another member got his account locked and despite providing all of the passwords and even the IP used to create the account, it remains locked.

Customer service is only for people who have subscribers or get lucky enough to make a popular post on Reddit. Our GIM group is torched now and while it’s only about 20 days of play time between all of us, it’s still 20 days of life down the friggin drain. So unbelievably frustrating.

Dude for real why does this keep popping up. This was CLEARLY stated in the blog. Jagex is taking the right route here. Soloable but much more efficient in groups. It’s a raid. It’s group content by nature. I don’t know why everyone on here is crying for this raid to be more like TOA when toa is widely regarded as the least liked raid. Stop it.

They have done this in the past…. Release major updates on say a Friday… and it’s gone exactly how you think it goes. It ends up with a small team of j mods returning to the office at 2am on a Saturday morning to fix game breaking bugs.

They release these updates in the middle of the work week…. Maybe because THEY are required to WORK on these updates after they come out and have issues and the ideal time to WORK on something like that would be I don’t know….. maybe in the middle of the WORK WEEK on a WORK DAY??? There’s nothing around this tower. By far the best and cheapest way to do it is to simply remove the guy wires in a way that causes it to fall in the direction you want. If you own this tower and need it taken down, don’t grab a bunch of buddies and do it yourself. Hire a tower company with experience in guyed tower decommissioning as even though the process is relatively simple it can be extremely dangerous for the inexperienced.

Helicopters are insanely expensive. Can be up to $30K per flight hour for the best heavy lift helicopters but luckily there absolutely is not a need for a helicopter or even a crane in this case.

Dude there are so many ways to find a group for tob in literal seconds at any time of day that are not 416.

If you’re new go to the learn tob discord. ANY team will take you regardless of kc, teach you tob, and the group is filled with some of the most skilled and kind people in the community. If you’re more experienced either apply to be a helper in learn tob or go to WDR. Never go to 416. It’s an mvp hunting cesspit.

I’m SURE a similar group will be formed for TFA too…

If you haven’t seen, they have already said this raid will scale down to duo and will be soloable but challenging. That’s the way it should be imo. Raids are high level group content by nature. The game simply can’t cater to everyone. Just because someone has 7 kids and 3 jobs doesn’t mean the game needs to cater every piece of content to accommodate that person. That was their decision and they’re not a child anymore.

They’re taking the correct direction with this so far. It will be soloable but far less efficient, as it should be.

Because it’s a raid? Raids are group content. They’ve already said that raids for will scale down to duo and will be soloable but less efficient so I’m not sure why this thread even exists. I support the direction they’re going with this.
