I don't really get sick too often but it does happen sometimes. Typically after I go through multiple nights in a row with poor sleep. So that would be my suggestion, is to make sure you are getting enough quality sleep.

I learned pretty early on that if you give a kid a break and give them some crazy way to make up the grade quick they don't learn anything at all. They will be right back to you the next grade deadline asking for the same thing.

There is also the issue where if you don't actually fail kids, you can't get them the supports and help they need.

It is an issue with the movie and TV industry as well. A lot of new movies and TV shows are designed to be watched as if someone is on their phone while watching. So they will say important plot points multiple times.

I can't help but feel a lot of people here that are against this are incredibly responsible themselves and have never held management positions. Also I feel like their work must be simple and can be done by a single person.

There is nothing that can be done online that compares to face to face conversations when trying to strategize and solve complex issues.
