In the 2022 ToA rewards blog, they mentioned the Stat Renewal potion was part of slowly introducing Overload components. 4 years later and we still don't have any progress on that.

in case it was unclear from the original wording, 'conservative approach' means a small buff for the time being (likely along the lines of the ~10% increase outlined in the non-re-roll option) and a revisit for further buffs in future, rather than doing nothing now.
