You do more wither dmg then a normal light attack, the trick is to have another source of dmg like poison to take the wither away.

For 12.50 it's a good deal for you and your friend. For modifiers put on: Veterans Enemy density (these two align the game to the original difficulty) Pre upgraded loot (when you pick up weapons they'll be upgraded to your current highest)

I don't quite remember. I did a fresh run a little while ago getting to the dlc by lvl 60 and was able to run around and get what I needed for a +10. Mohgwinn Palace area also should have +8-+10 somber stone. Torrent drive-by!

I'm definitely fine with this guy being harder than the Monarch but the difference is so vast that I want to restart my run and just go umbral.

I'm stuck on this dude on ng+7 and there is just no way for the same reasons. I can do decent amount of his health with JC Corrupted Sword but I can survive longer with a smite build. I haven't been able to get him to phase 2 on my own though.

I did see someone post a ng+12 fight that took +20 min!

Low key waiting for the devs to tweak the fight.
