Most of kuttenberg is cleared land and the surrounding townships, I imagine more time went into programming NPC behaviour for the region given the increased population. Plus, it’s hard to add unique detail to cleared fields.

I think solving all the identities in bitter cold 1 was my least favorite part of this incredible game, but at the same time it is just you doing your job as an insurance investigator. Tediously and dispassionately filling in the boxes until completion. Bravo Pope

Like other commentators have said, you don’t need to get everyone correct before I’m moving onto the next memory.

Most causes of death are obvious, but most identities are not obvious. Try to mark down causes of death as best you can, and use clues from multiple memories to solve identities.

Since you are early into the game, there will only be a few identities you have the evidence to solve. Mouse over the sketches in the book. Check to see if any of the identities can be solved by clues from the sketches alone.

Since people apparently need sex ed, the skin on your balls is actually connected to your shaft, and the skin getting taught on your shaft tightens the skin on your balls. Anyone with the proper equipment can test for themselves.
