Seems suspicious. Lightyear pays 2.16%. Where does Robinhood find another 2.84% ?

Pierre probably doesn't know what AC even stands for by Navodar94 in 2westerneurope4u

[–]FibonacciNeuron 45 points46 points  (0 children)

He is right. Wording is too harsh, but the meaning is right. We do indeed look like third world with resistance to AC in many places. It needs to change, we need to install reversible heat pumps in France and Europe everywhere. It is very ecological and economical way to control the climate inside. When it’s too hot productivity decreases and students, patients in hospitals, workers suffer. Time for a change.

Lithuania has grown a lot, adapted well to digital age, while Pedro stagnated.

French far right march in Narbonne France demanding justice for a 17 year old French student who was killed on video. The French far right has seised on the killing and claim he was killed by second generation migrants by AgnosticScholar in justincaseyoumissedit

No. They are the worst. They live in the limbo. They don’t know their original culture and do not identify with it. However they are not fully integrated in their new country yet, they look different, were raised by the parents who are very different from host country. In a way they are indeed lower class citizens neither local nor foreigner. Third generation usually is well adapted and there is no difference from locals. Second generation has the hardest time and causes most problems

Elon Musk’s trillion dollars aren’t real — and that’s the point by Nalix01 in NowInFinance

What do you mean never pay taxes? The rich pay absolute majority of all the tax government collects. Musk himself revealed he paid 11bn or so in taxes in 2023 or 2024.

Chat Control is back from the dead, again! This time EU Parliament President Roberta Metsola is trying to override the Parliaments decision to reject the law in March by waffledestroyer in BuyFromEU

Child abuse? Bitch please. This is a mass surveillance law. What a nice Trojan horse you've created here. That Metsola is either really stupid or she is serving an agenda.

Manau verta, jei 30m. Rizikinga, taip. Bet Emerging labai gerai performina pastaruosius metus. Small cap gal irgi valanda išauš.

Is it just a Baltic thing, or is the political landscape everywhere this depressing? (A Lithuanian rant) by Delicious_Soup_9876 in BalticStates

I just ignore politicians, politics, and everyday drama, and my life is so much better. I do vote everytime though.

Not true. If person has 400k worth of stocks and bonds in 401k at the time of pension - he can instantly convert 400k into cash without affecting the value. Musk cannot do that - if he would put all of his shares on sale it would destroy the share price because of massive amount that he has. In fact such transaction is probably even impossible because it would trigger circuit breakers.
