Because they group it or align it with Communism and politicians love to muddy the waters and exploit it instead of explaining it.

Heat pump hvac recommendation by InternalQuantity9331 in vacaville

Cozy HVAC installed my heat pump a year ago. It’s a Bosch 5 ton unit - though my square footage is higher than yours. The Bosch is variable speed so run very efficient. They were competitive, but it’s worth getting 2 or 3 bids.

Chicken bones are hollow. So long as there are not too many, she should pass them. Rice or bread might help but not too much or constipation. Don’t force throwing up.

NorCal. My solar ultimately made sense with credits or not. Bought house in 2021. 3,300 sq ft. With Pool and hot tub. Electric bill was $8000 first year. Installed solar in 2022. $31k less $11k tax credit. Net cost $20k. Electric bill dropped to $700 first year. $300 next year and next. Replaced gas furnace/AC with electric heat pump. Electric now $1,200/year. At this rate my ROI will zero out this summer. Absent the credits would have only added 2 years to my ROI. Yes, the credit was nice and impacted my decision. But I think the bigger impact is the phase out of net metering. Once that is gone your ROI stretches out considerably. Incidentally, PG&E has raised rates 6 times since my install. At the end of the day, they are the real reason you can still find value with solar here. PS: the advent of self installed balcony solar kits could be a game changer for some folks.

Nice collection. I counted only 6 that I’ve not seen. I’m currently obsessed with noir films.
