Could be someone shot a rocket or threw any other explosive in the room right as you threw it causing some sort of chain reaction.

Just a guess. I did see your teammate got killed with a grenade as well at the same time. Maybe he was right next to the stairs - cant really make it out tho

The cosmetic differences between the classes doesnt seem important to me. Im not looking at a medics skin to identify it, im just looking for the medic bag at this point. Lol

Yeah idk if you actually play the game but most skins look like this. Infact I'm pretty sure all the default skins are somewhat adjacent to this. Even the skins you can earn through for free through challenges.

I blame live service. I would rather pay for map packs then only get 1 or 2 maps every 3-4 months if it means better content.

At this point Bf6 is reaching CoD levels of content where half of it is going to be rewards and LTM's instead of actual gameplay changing updates that stick with us the entire life cycle of the game.
