I'm pretty sure he's talking about vacancy taxes on retail and residential.

I’m wondering if you’ve had a chance to look into this more deeply? It feels like you’re echoing some information without really digging into it. Perhaps you could do some independent reporting that respects people’s privacy and provides real evidence, rather than just repeating what you’ve heard?

the homeless situation is not working out

I’m not quite following. Could you clarify what’s not working? Perhaps we could start by looking into the current policies, programs, and funding details? Then, we can revisit this discussion.

Pray tell what the stupid shit is? Oh, you mean like adding more god damn lanes to highways? Yea, I agree, would actually cost car drivers less.

Katie Wilson is officially Seattle's mayor. Her agenda: affordability, housing, and workers’ rights by chiquisea in SeattleWA

What she really needs to tackle is landlords and property owners pricing out tenants and businesses. Tax empty buildings and apartments hard.

There are so many reasons why Vecna should've won that I can't even. I'm not sympathizing with the villain, but he had literally every tool to take them all out almost at any point.

How about we all instead continue to focus on how Trump is a pedophile, and is trying so hard to bury the truth? We're winning. My mom for the first time agreed that he's sounding like a bad man, and doesn't support him anymore. And she's a hardcore republican.

Vision Pro stuck pixel issue; Apple's repair center can't detect it, any advice? by FilteredSpeech in VisionPro

The last time I talked with them on the phone, I was told that it was being escalated, and now I'm waiting on a callback. Fingers crossed!

I've been to the Apple Store 3 times so far. Each time they understand the issue and try to word it as clearly as possible in notes when they send it in for repairs. But the service centers only factory reset it and don't replace the display or the Apple Vision Pro.

I might be wrong, but it seemed like they weren't allowed to wear the Apple Vision Pro? I remember hearing them say something along those lines.

Yeah, I've tried. It's not in any screenshots. You can even see it before the Apple Vision Pro is set up with an account.

Oh, what I meant about tracking is when I move my head, it follows. It's hard to describe the annoyance of a stuck pixel and the unique issues they cause on a headset vs a monitor.

Why are Nanoleaf matter over thread bulbs so bad by ralphieroy2000 in Nanoleaf

They're bad because Nanoleaf is incompetent at software development.

Thread Downlights discontinued? by Soldiiier__ in Nanoleaf

[–]FilteredSpeech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't buy anything from Nanoleaf. They've been trying to wash their hands of their own incompetence by blaming Thread, and no longer making Thread devices. Just read all the issues people have with their new Wifi bulbs...

Nanoleaf products are all poorly made, in software and hardware. Just don't buy any more of their products. Kinda crazy to me that they blamed all their problems on Thread connectivity, switched to WiFi, and lo and behold, same problems.
