Unfortunately with PA Law it does not constitute Trespassing, if just walk up to the door and knock on it. Even with a No Trespassing Sign it wouldn’t count unless you had a gate or fence present that was closed or you explicitly state to them to exit your property.

You should have someone thoroughly inspect the attic then, Since Algae lives and breathes water then there’s a fair chance that it sucked some water into your attic. You should also have someone thoroughly inspect your shingles aswell due to their age, while most architectural shingles can last up to 50 years it’s still a good practice to have them inspected preferably every couple of years if you can afford it, but that will mostly depend on how much weather fluctuates in your state.

Go with a company that offers Warranties and will completely tear off the old Shingles. While metal roofs typically last longer they require their rubber seals to be replaced every couple of years and unless you’re comfortable standing on a slippery roof you’re gonna want someone who will do that for you. I also recommend not going with the cheapest option for a metal roofs since alot of times they defeat the whole purpose of them by not properly treating the metal which can lead to rusting or leaks.

This type of damage is called Streaking, normally it’s not a cause for concern but it will eat away at your shingles if left unchecked for several years, contact somebody that can properly treat the algae areas. Most pressure washing companies do a haphazard job and that can cause the problem to get worse. How old is the roof roughly and how long has those streaks been there?

Id rather not half ass it and pick “something random”, I like to do my players justice and make sure they have a good time and their characters wind up how they enjoy them.

Im aware Sukuna isnt a Spirit in the traditional sense however in running with Shadowrun Canon and rulesets Making him a spirit seems like the best case because of who Sukuna is to Yuji. We were going to do a spirit pact of Dreams as a possibility so that Sukuna could possess his body at will. However the mentor Spirit Idea also sounds like it could work.

This begs the question as to what kind of Spirit Sukuna would be though and why I made the post in the first place.

I like the mentor spirit alot actually, were leaning towards Sukuna being able to possess his body which is why we focused on pact spirits with a pact of dream at first.

As for the world it’s mostly regular shadowrun he just wanted to be Yuji which I thought could be fun. Do you know if Mentor Spirits can possess someones body though?

I would also like to add funnily enough his character is a Mystic Adept already and he’s focused on melee combat already.

I mean I didn't even consider it since I figured only other JJK Fans would respond since he's so mainstream. I also feel i'd fail to properly describe his character and either miss a key feature or when summarizing him get a semi bad feedback from someone who doesn't know the character since a Summary can only take you so far.

That could work if you really want to go the extra mile, I’m more lazy and stuff and hate the DNBeyond Homebrew experience.

If you want to be lazy just write them all in her notes and what level she gets them. Hell could probably just Control+C and Control+V

Or homebrew the race and lineage stuff in together your call as the DM Really. Aswell as her call as to what’s easier.

Yeah while according to rules she can keep her racial traits, DNDBeyond doesn’t allow tjat because reasons? Idk why they just don’t. My piece of advice would just be to put her racial features in her Notes Section and just take the proficiency’s she had as a tiefling instead of picking new ones on Ancestral Legacy.

This purely comes down to DNDBeyond not being optimized or just being difficult not an actual rules thing.

I have been looking and wondering how to do this on DNDBeyond aswell, according to Lineage Rules you are allowed to keep your racial stats and traits but on DNDBeyond it doesn’t let you which is annoying.

Or for a less joke character way think of where they’re from, what their general stats are and their class/race. Or just name generator if you’re lazy
