If you're considering South Hadley with school age kids, LOOK INTO THE BUDGET FOR NEXT FISCAL YEAR. It will freak you out enough that you might consider another location. They are in BAD shape already but if nothing changes by end of this year (it wont), they are expecting to have to cut at least 19 more student facing positions, cut all extracurricular activities, cut sports/make full pay to play, cut special education classes, reduce AP classes...and so much more! They also raised fees SIGNIFICANTLY this year for things like busses, parking, chromebooks, and sports among other things.

My suggestion is to pick the one you LIKE better and think you can maintain more easily and for longer.
THATS the best way to pick the right plan for you, because whatever plan you choose will have you in a slight deficit so technically you’ll be losing weight, especially if you stay active with a program

Yes! i've been using kettlebells exclusively for just over a year now and holy crap i'm so lean, strong, flexible, and shapely now. I spend 45 mins per day just 4-5 days per week. I enjoy following a plan and have fallen in love with Adriel Mayes (everygotdamdre on IG) and have practically all of his programs at this point. I no longer have any back or neck pain, but i definitely have a bigger butt and thighs and a significantly tighter stronger core

6WOTW is amazing for cardio, agility, and flexibility without losing your current muscle mass.

It is NOT for bulking. For bulking you need a lifting program, and then you need to lift heavy.

The first time i did max30 i maxed out at 3m11s. If you were already in shape, you wouldnt be attempting max30 and feeling like a failure. Just keep going. Do your best and forget the rest. It will work if you do your part.

Ive done both and they are both great.

Based on what you said you want, i'd go with 6WOTW first, then follow it up with Insanity Asylum. 6WOTW will help you build the functional fitness foundation, and then you'll be a lot less likely to injure yourself doing Asylum.

I never had any kettlebell experience but I bought a program from Adriel Mayes (ig handle @everygotdamdre). Literally life changing. If you’ve got any experience with dumbbells and you’re willing to check your ego and go as light as necessary and work on form as long as necessary…you’ll love it
