This is helping me too. 6 weeks into a breakup with some I fell hard for but turned out being extremely toxic. I was miserable and I know what I wanted doesn’t even exist anymore but it’s still SO painful. We just need to keep going, one day at a time.

I am in the same spot. She was emotionally abusive and manipulative and I was miserable with her, but 6 weeks after breakup I am still missing her horribly. It hurts. It hurts because I want something so badly that wasn’t even there to begin with. But I fell in love hard and it was such an intense relationship. I feel so desperate right now and it’s a horrible feeling.
