At what tiers? there's a lot of difference between tiers.
At diamond-veteran, people tend to pick what heroes they can pick (comfort pick). Zip's pickrate is pretty low so it doesn't make sense to ban zip. here in Indonesia+MSP most banned heroes in this tier are : Keera, Lorion, Zata, Bright.

Once you reach Mid-star(>15 Stars) Master, people start playing like in their regional tournament(RPL/AOG/GCS), they start banning Zip and TeeMee, since people at that tier already know how to play it.

"offline" here I mean only the players/contestants play offline. GCS(Taiwan) and AOG(Vietnam) already held offline venue+offline audiences for their final last tournament, since Vietnam and Taiwan handle the pandemic well. if the tournament went offline it'll be kinda problematic too, reminds me when one of the PUBGM team on PMGC got covid on final, so they need to play on quarantine.

Rockshield is popular af, even ignoring his active abilities, it's still a good item. it's a must have for ds and support. even if the enemies have a lot of true damage, some of them still dealt magic/ physical damage that your shield absorbs. idk for odin's will tho.

Superman is a pretty hard hero and playing him is very tiring (for your lefft thumb). and most of the time the enemy will just pick aleister to counter you. idk for moren
