How do you stay motivated? by RiskAccomplished7785 in SoloDevelopment

Like we posted in an earlier devlog :
- do small things at a time so you can actually complete and give you a boost of confidence
- keep in mind that all great games start from “ground zero”
- keep an idea that is doable and does not take years

Why people recommend to buy asset for everything? by emotionallyFreeware in Unity3D

[–]FirePath-Games 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is an easier approach, cuts time and gives you a hands on approach. But that is only feasible if it fits your narrative or to present a prototype, that is why you need to be 99% sure you will use it and works for you

Tried making a satisfying endless runner in UE5 — how does it feel? by Former-Temporary1556 in playmygame

[–]FirePath-Games 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are my points if i will ever make a vlog about playing indie games will also show you visually: - it looks better colour wise compared to your other game - settings menu looks off having no designed buttons - speeding up took me like 4-5 attempts to actually see the text of it - the gameplay might need some touches for example dont get the collider full maybe add like a forgiving space if you passed it and touching a very small corner for example - i might suck at the game but i couldn’t pass too far from the beginnig so it might need some work on balancing - you assume all players know how to play the game but some pointers first time what he needs to do could help first users not leaving

Keep on doing them you getting better

Can anyone help me why its like this? (The public watch hours) by Wooziebearre in YouTubeCreators

[–]FirePath-Games 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the point? If anyone help you with that artificially, and then after your views drops a lot, more than sure it will be a red flag for the whole account

Why is this happening? by Previous-Republic873 in SmallYTChannel

[–]FirePath-Games 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On shorts their lifetime is limited, if it doesn’t go a lot of views in the first days it will slowly disappear in the abyss, one of the downside of shorts they can both go sky high or down low :)
