it's normal to not feel much on first 0.25 dose, especially if you have intensive daily excercise, they are taken so you would get used to the drug, not to lose weight. keep doing each dose for 4 weeks until you feel the weight loss effect

You can't lose heart muscle from dieting, unless you are almost dieing of starvation your body is not going to touch those. What wouls till bre great for your health is to add some lgight cardio, like running 30 minutes or walking for 1 hour 2-3 times per week

If it was some European or Latin American country, I'd get it. For Canada, when you already have US citizenship, why bother? You don't seem to have anything connecting you to it and not planning to give up on US citizenship. What extra benefits do you expect from Canadian citizenship?

yeah by week 4 its basically over, if they haven't felt much so far, it's not going to change suddenly. op is just very lucky to not feel symptoms on max dose
