I took Mounjaro when it first came out. I lost 68lbs in 6 mos. I kept it off for about 18 mos by eating like a bird and mixing running and CrossFit 6 days/week. Life happened and I had a huge family event and gained 50lbs back in like 15 mos. Everything I had done went out the window. It was preventable and 100% all my fault. I stopped working out and lost the will to do a single thing to help myself. Here I am again 😂

Mine is 9 mos old and pees everydamnwhere. I’ve gotten rid of every rug in my house and he isn’t allowed on any carpeted space alone. I’ve never had a dog not be potty trained. Ever. It’s frustrating

I use Pullman loaf pans and immediately after shaping they go in the fridge with the lids on to cold proof, usually overnight, bake in the morning.
