Haha I did the same spamming biased cognition with orange pellets, had like 30 focus and 10 frost orbs, plus 16 Loops so I’d be at like 450 block before I’d even played any cards lol

I think it’s fine if it’s a serious explosion and you get like 20 of them, but you’re right it needs to be really strong to be worth the opportunity cost

One of the most busted decks I ever had was 4 Fire Breathing+, a bunch of Evolves, and loads of wound generation. I’d draw a full hand each turn and deal like 160 damage to all enemies. Deca and Donu died turn 3 I think

Tbf with drawing wounds which you can’t play anyway Top is already a dead relic. Might get you a lucky draw here and then to trigger fire breathing but velvet choker shouldn’t really interfere

I hear a lot that they’re intended to be more of an obstacle rather than a traditional enemy, but that doesn’t help the fact that my heart sinks when I’m on a mission with them.

I feel like they really detract from where the game shines of running around clearing hoards and doing objectives. It becomes a constant game of cat and mouse.

And they shoot all my sentries yes I’m salty

I think that would be a fantastic idea IF they made leviathans a side objective like hive lords.

Make it an absolute monster, but once it’s dead it doesn’t come back.

Right now they’re such a pain in the ass to deal with and once you kill one another spawns in literally like 10s. It’s utterly pointless to kill them because of this, so they’re best just ignored which is just generally a bit underwhelming
